The Raiders go into Chicago for a very winnable match up with the Bears and stumble, while letting a team that was not playing well, gain confidence as Jay Cutler utilizized an aging TE Martellus Wylie and Matt Forte to control the game. The Raiders look as though there is more time needed to get any consistancy in all phases of the game. This year really feels like Gruden's 1st year.
